Photo Post

Good Morning to all from Budapest. The weather has been great the last 4 days. Sunny and warm with a nice breeze that blows thru the flat. The courtyard is cool and helps air condition the building. The walls are thick masonry and excellent insulation. There don't seem to be any air conditioners.

This will primarily be photos of the market across the street. Probably called Rackoczi ter market, but I'm not sure. It was much busier this morning when a I wandered over for kave, (coffee.) The colors are amazing, everything is very fresh. Yesterday they were cutting entire hind quarters of beef. The Hungarians love flowers, there are at least four flower vendors in the Rackoczi market and others vendors up and down the larger streets.

The graffiti wall is around the construction site beside the market. The style of the graffiti in the US would be "Wild Style," here they call it "Gipsy Style."

Today was also trash day, the cars were backed up for a block behind the truck as they made their way down the narrow street. The trash in the building is gathered in large plastic bins at the bottom of the stairs, plastic and paper are separated.

I hope you enjoy the pics of the market.

More later.
