Apartment hunting

We met our apartment agent Kristina at the hotel, she had scheduled us to see three apartments all along Jozsef Korut which turns into Erzsebet Korut which turns into Szt. Istvan Korut. This is one of the circle streets in Pest. The three we saw were all different, one was still occupied by three sleepy college students from Madrid. The last one, the one we chose has a nice courtyard, is right across the street from a nice market, restaurants on the corner and 1 block from the train. It is much larger than the Chestnut Hill apartment, on the second floor, big wooden doors and iron gates, 2 bedrooms and an IKEA sofa exactly like ours in Philadelphia. Should be a nice place to stay for the next three months. 550 EU per month. The landlord lives in Spain but his local agent is Ilona. We checked out the market, bought bananas and apples, 500 HUF, and walked back to the hotel. We will meet Ilona tomorrow to finalize the details. The only issue is the Wifi or as they say here, weefee. Ilona will work that our for us.

Ilona is on the left, Kristina on the right.
