Grüße aus Wien

Clayton Checking In -

We arrived safely in Vienna today (Wien according to the Austrians). We took a train from Budapest that left at 7am, and we arrived in Vienna shortly after 10am. The train was clean and comfortable, we upgraded to first class for some reason -- which was nice. After that we got our tickets from Vienna to Prague, then took the subway to our hotel. After dropping our bags off, we eventually ended up in a very Touristy area, lots of shops with clothes I cant afford, and every nationality of people posing for pictures in front of something that probably has no importance.

Before we ended up on the Touristy Square we had a nice lunch at a place down the street from our hotel. The waitress was friendly, and helpful, and had good English, even though she said her English was not very good. The food was good, although much more expensive than our every day food in Budapest.

We are resting right now, maybe going out for more sight-seeing later. Free wee-fee at the hotel, so probably a few more blog posts before we leave Vienna Monday morning for Prague.

Pictures are of the ride on the train, beer at lunch, assorted obigatory touristy photos.

More later, Peace and Love

-Clayton
